Who you are buying from

These terms apply whenever you place an order on this site. They are between you and the business trading as LumeCare, which makes and sells the products described here.

By placing an order you accept them. If something here does not sit right with you, write before you order rather than after.

Ordering

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is made when we confirm it — normally by phone, to check the address before anything leaves us.

We may decline an order. The honest reasons are the real ones: we ran out, the address is outside what our courier covers, or the contact number does not answer. You are told, and nothing is charged.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include any applicable tax. The price you pay is the price shown on the product page at the moment the order is confirmed — if a price changes afterwards, yours does not.

Payment is cash on delivery. You pay the courier at the door, in full, and nothing is taken before then. The amount due, including any delivery charge, is shown on the confirmation screen when you place the order and does not change afterwards.

Any delivery charge, and the order value above which delivery is free, are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan, and orders arrive within 48 hours of being confirmed.

That window depends on the courier and on someone being reachable at the number you gave us. Weather, strikes and closures happen; when a parcel is going to be late we would rather tell you than let the window pass quietly.

Risk in the products passes to you when they are handed over at the door.

The products

These are cosmetic products for external use. Follow the directions and the cautions printed on the carton, and keep them out of reach of children.

Skincare is personal and we do not promise a result. Nothing on this site is medical advice — for a reaction, a persistent condition or anything that hurts, see a doctor rather than a brand.

We make in small batches, so a formula may be temporarily unavailable. Where anything about a product changes, the carton changes with it.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your details

We ask for a name, a phone number, an email address and a delivery address, because a cash-on-delivery order cannot be completed without them. They are used to fulfil your order and to contact you about it.

We do not sell your details to anyone. If you ticked the box for restock notes, you can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

This site

The LumeCare name, logo, product photography and written content on this site are ours. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking.

We keep the site accurate and occasionally get something wrong. Where an error affects an order you have placed, we tell you and you may cancel.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Most things are settled by a conversation. Message us first — a real person reads it.
