Before you order

Questions we are asked most.

Delivery, payment, returns, and what we can and cannot tell you about a formula. If yours is not here, ask — a real person reads every message.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 48 hours of us confirming them, nationwide by courier. We ring first to check the address, and that call is when the 48 hours start. You pay the courier at the door — cash on delivery is the standard method here, not a fallback.
Can you tell me exactly what is in a formula?
Yes. The full ingredient declaration is printed on every carton, in the order it was weighed, warnings included. Exact percentages are not final yet and we will not estimate them — but if one particular ingredient matters to you, write and we will tell you straight whether it is in there.
I have an allergy. Is it safe for me?
We can tell you exactly what is in the bottle — ask us about any ingredient and you will get a direct answer. We cannot tell you how your skin will respond to it. That is a question for a doctor or a dermatologist who can actually see you, and anyone selling you skincare who answers it differently is guessing.
Is it dermatologist tested?
No, and we will not say otherwise. In Pakistan, "clinically tested" and "dermatologist approved" are regulated claims under DRAP and require a substantiation file behind them. We do not have one, so we do not make the claim. What we can show you is the formula.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery, everywhere we ship. You pay the courier at the door when the parcel arrives — there is no card to enter and nothing is charged before then. It is the standard way to buy online in Pakistan, so this is the normal path rather than a fallback for people without a card.
Can I return something I have opened?
No — a product that has been opened cannot come back, for hygiene reasons that apply to cosmetics generally. Unopened and still sealed, you have 7 days from delivery. If something arrived damaged, faulty or simply is not what you ordered, that is different: tell us and we will put it right, and you will not be charged to send it back.
How does a refund work if I paid cash?
There is no card payment to reverse, so a refund is a fresh payment out to you — by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash, to an account in the name of the person who placed the order. The refund policy page sets out the timing and what is covered.
How long does a product last once I open it?
Each carton prints a period-after-opening figure — the small open-jar symbol with a number of months — and it is on the product page too. The serum is the shortest at six months; the cleanser and both creams are twelve. Store them below 30°C and out of direct sun.
Are these products for men or for women?
Both. The range is not split by gender and the formulas are not different for anyone — skin is skin. Four products, one routine, and the directions on the carton are the same whoever is following them.
Do I need to patch test?
Yes, and the cartons say so. Every formula in the range contains glycolic acid, and three of the four contain retinol, so test on a small area first and start every other day rather than twice daily. Each product page lists that formula's own cautions in full — including the ones about pregnancy — and they are worth reading before the first application rather than after.
