The short version

We collect what we need to deliver your order, and enough about each visit to know which of our posts and adverts bring people here. We do not sell any of it.

When you order

Your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you give one, your email address. They are used to confirm the order, hand it to the courier and contact you about it. The courier receives what it needs to deliver the parcel.

If you ticked the box for restock notes, we also use your email for those, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

When you visit

When you arrive on the site we record how you got here, and a little about the browser you arrived in:

• the link you followed, including any campaign tags on it, and the site or app that sent you
• the page you landed on, and when
• your IP address, the kind of device and browser you are using, and your language setting

The one cookie we set

A first-party cookie called lc_gid lets us recognise a return visit as the same browser. It holds a random identifier, lasts a year and is never read by another site.

If you place an order, the order is linked to that visit record. That is how we tell which channels lead to orders and which do not.

Google Analytics

We also use Google Analytics to see how the site is used overall. It sets its own cookies and is covered by Google’s privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for our accounts and to handle a return. Visit records are kept for analysis, and either can be deleted on request.

Your choices

You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the site and checkout work the same without them.
