Where we deliver
We deliver across Pakistan by courier. Orders are confirmed by phone first, so the address and the number you leave at checkout both need to be ones that reach you.
There is no in-store collection and no counter to visit — LumeCare is an online shop, and everything is dispatched to the address you give us.
How long it takes
Orders arrive within 48 hours of being confirmed. The clock starts on the confirmation call, not on the moment you place the order — that call is when we check the address is right.
That window depends on the courier and on someone being reachable at the number you gave us. Weather, strikes and closures happen; when a parcel is going to be late we would rather tell you than let the window pass quietly.
What it costs
Any delivery charge, and the order value above which delivery is free, are shown at checkout before you confirm.
The amount due, including any delivery charge, is shown on the confirmation screen when you place the order and does not change afterwards.
How you pay
Payment is cash on delivery. You pay the courier at the door, in full, and nothing is taken before then. There is no card to enter anywhere on this site.
Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include any applicable tax. The price you pay is the price shown on the product page at the moment the order is confirmed — if a price changes afterwards, yours does not.
If nobody is home
Cash on delivery works because both sides turn up. If a parcel is refused at the door, or nobody is reachable on the number given, the courier returns it to us and the order is cancelled — nothing is charged, because nothing was paid.
We may ask for confirmation by phone before dispatching a later order to the same address. That is not a penalty; a refused parcel costs the courier run either way, and a small brand feels it.
