The same standard as the face cream, rebuilt for skin that is thicker and washed far more often. Glycerin is declared second and petrolatum sits in the middle of the list, which together are what make it occlusive enough to still be there after a hand wash.

It contains retinol and glycolic acid, it is preserved with methyl- and propylparaben, it is fragranced, and it is not for use during pregnancy. The carton also asks for sunscreen over it, which is unusual advice for a hand cream and is there because of the AHA.
